I was able to go to their shop s d they crash wrapped my back windshield to keep the elements out. Next day it was finished! Only took about 45 minutes.”

“If someone would have told me last year that I would come to love CrossFit the way that I love it now I would have never believed them. The Lancaster CrossFit family welcomed me with open arms, they never judged me for what I wasn't able to do, instead they encouraged me to push my self and do things that I never thought possible.When I first started in August of 2016 I would have never imagine jumping up on a 20 inch box and now I can with the encouragement of Tim and the coaches I am doing things that I never thought I would do. I used to go to the gym and always felt like I was being judge for not having the form or not doing something the "right" way. I would definitely recommend for anyone who lives in this area to check out Lancaster CrossFit because it is definitely the best gym I have ever been to and the people make it even better. :)”
