“I have been going to JMS for several years. Joe is always highly knowledgeable and does excellent work. He explains the issue and how he is going to fix it in terms that are easily understandable. Recently we encountered an issue with my car where the manufacturer charged an exorbitant amount for a part. Joe told me he could make the part himself for about 1/4 of the cost and it would take 2 days. It took him less than 1 day and the part seems just as good, or better, than the manufacturers part. JMS gets my highest recommendation!”

The Indian food they serve here is better than any other you get in Lancaster, by a mile. Their daily buffet is a delight and needless to say, a bargain. “Went here for New Years Eve. It was our first time there. I had a fantastic dinner with my loving significant other. The food was excellent. The service was impeccable. Matt, our server was so excellent. We stayed well past closing time and the servers didn't mind a bit and it was NYE. The owners and chef were the exact same. They were very welcoming and caring. We will definitely return. Must try the fish tacos. They were out of the other appetizer, but in their defense it was New Years Eve and it was almost 9 PM when we ordered. But we had other appetizers that were just as good, but next time we want to try the others in addition to those amazing fish tacos. Excellent Job guys!!!”

“We met with several contractors for a bathroom / laundry remodel project, and we chose Bear Bones for their professionalism. Nate had helpful insight on design and suggested functional solutions for our space. He was very responsive throughout the process and I appreciated the invoice and payment options. Nate and his team members at Bear Bones were respectful when they were onsite and I appreciated how they tidied up at the end of the day. The end result is wonderful, with high quality pieces and fixtures. He was able to address everything from plumbing, to drywall, to custom wood work, to painting. And as we wrapped up the project, it was great to get an itemized invoice through Nate's professional software. A nice addition would be if the client could have access to those line items and details throughout the project to add notes as things go to keep up with the project timeline. We were able to text Nate consistently, which was our key to success, but a system for it too would just be the cherry on top. I would definitely consider using Bear Bones for future projects.”
