But my husband convinced me to just give it a try and from the first day I walked in to CrossFit Ephrata I knew it was the best decision I ever made! Having never picked up a barbell in my life before I worried I wouldn’t be able to participate in the workouts but the coaches showed me that there is truly a way for everyone to do them no matter what their skill level is.
