  I was so intimidated at the thought of group fitness nevermind CrossFit. But my husband convinced me to just give it a try and from the first day I walked in to CrossFit Ephrata I knew it was the best decision I ever made! Having never picked up a barbell in my life before I worried I wouldn’t be able to participate in the workouts but the coaches showed me that there is truly a way for everyone to do them no matter what their skill level is. More advanced movements are skillfully scaled down to a safer option and everyone gets a great workout. I have developed friendships there that I know will last a lifetime and that combined with a healthier overall lifestyle truly are the icing on the cake! (yes I said cake-they promote a BALANCED healthy lifestyle!)

  As my family planned a visit from Colorado, we looked for a crossfit gym and found CrossFit Ephrata. The owner and coaches were welcoming and helpful. The attending athletes were kind and welcoming as well. We really enjoyed the few times we could visit and look forward to returning the next time we travel to Lancaster County. We highly recommend this gym to any person looking to try crossfit. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
