“I’m relatively new to the Lancaster area and was in possession of 2 acoustic guitars in need of repair. I googled guitar repair and found Menchey Music. I decided to take one of the guitars in and see how that worked. At the shop, the person I engaged with was very knowledgeable about what I needed done. I also discussed the strange problems (showed her pictures) with my second guitar and was assured that they could fix it. I was told my first guitar would be picked up from their shop on Monday and I would get a call from the repair person that day with an estimate. This all happened perfectly. A few days later I received a call saying my repaired guitar was ready for pickup. I picked it up and it is now Perfect! My next task is to drop off my second guitar for its repair.”

So if your passing through it's probably the nicest convenient store in that area. Traffic is horrible in that area though so I would recommend going out of your way to stop by.”

“I must say, this is a very well run Chili’s. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and tasty food. I like that they text you when your table is ready, instead of having to worry about carrying around a buzzer. The payment kiosks at each table are also very convenient. My only complaint is that the chips seemed a little greasy. But overall, I’d eat here again for sure.”

“The staff are always friendly and helpful and professional. My 2012 A3 had some warranty work to be done. It was no charge. My seat back came a part. They honored it and fixed it because it was loose when I bought it. Service light was on. Cost? Nothing. Now the car runs better than new. They did not try and up sell or charge me for unnecessary issues. Very pleased customer”
