(July 12, 2019, 3:28 pm)This is our 5th apartment complex in 10 years and without a doubt this has been our favorite place we have lived! From day 1 Kathy was fantastic and since then it has only gotten better. The landscapers take amazing care of the grounds, the maintenance man was quick to help when I locked our keys in the apartment! The 2bed/2bath is the perfect size for our family of 3 plus our dog! I would absolutely recommend The Courts at Wetherburn Commons to anybody looking!
(February 17, 2017, 9:25 am)Kathy is a very pleasant community manager and by far one of the best!!! The owners of the property are very particular about keeping up with preventive maintenance as well as any and all concerns brought to attention. This property is one of the nicest Lancaster has to offer as well as one of the best locations!! Although my time ended abruptly there it was due to my own doing and would do ANYTHING to be part of the great community there again. Majority or the tenants there are some of the biggest hearted that I've ever met!!
