They honored it and fixed it because it was loose when I bought it. Service light was on. Cost? Nothing. Now the car runs better than new. “What a great experience. I did not want to be shopping for a replacement Suburban ...hoping to put it off until the summer. But, plans changed. We saw a perfect Suburban for us on Autotrader and made the trip from Delaware to Lancaster. So glad we did! Uzma was a wonderful salesperson, but even more so, friendly to talk with. The owner was friendly, and you could tell everyone there valued us and loved their job. While we are in Delaware, if we were closer, this would be our go to place for service.
