(November 27, 2018, 8:16 pm)Bolete is continually ranked among the top restaurants in the Valley. We've tried them all and Bolete is the best, in my opinion. Everything from Chef's menu to food preparation to service is outstanding. I suggest reservations, but there is some first come, first served seating around the bar in the tavern side if you're feeling spontaneous. And don't leave without trying the butterscotch pudding!
(November 14, 2018, 12:21 pm)The best restaurant in the Lehigh Valley, and I don't think it's close. The quality of the dishes is a step above, as is the service. The "early bird" prix fixe menu is at a nice price point that allows you to sample several dishes at a palatable cost.
(November 13, 2018, 10:47 am)This was my second visit here to Bolete. Just like the first time, the restaurant did not disappoint. Our server was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the food the restaurant had to offer.
The food is delicious. If you are ever in the Lehigh valley, this is a must.
(October 27, 2018, 3:11 pm)Bolete has some of the best offerings in the area. We found it when looking for a tasting menu that would allow a vegetarian and a meat eater to eat at the same table...Bolete catered to our every want and need. The staff is incredible, Dana has been our waitress the past few times and she is such a bright personality, she really makes you feel so welcome. They keep notes of things you like and dislike so when you walk in you don’t even need to go through it all. Wonderfully accommodating and the food will surprise you with its complexity and deliciousness!
