When it was installed there was a minor defect. They repaired it the next day for free with a service call to our office. I'm certain the parts cost exceeded the purchase price. “I went to Alyssa she was very friendly very personable. I felt very comfortable the salon was very nice the other stylists were also friendly and welcoming. Alyssa did exactly what I was looking for. I was transitioning into a pixie style from a angled bob which can be nerve wracking she took her time and was really detailed with my cut. She was able to show me pictures before hand so we knew exactly what I was going for and what I didn’t want as well. I absolutely love my new haircut. I’d recommend her to anyone.”
