“It depends which location you go to and whose working there at the time. Generally speaking they are very good. If they ate busy,then the service is not so GOOD. The staff tend to talk to fast for seniors to hear what they are saying. They tend to get belligerent with us except when the bosses are there, then it's a different story all together. Mist if the cashiers cannot give change properly. On the whole,they try very hard to service us graciously. They just need to realize that one day they will be seniors and will be just like us. Before then maybe they will slow down and act accordingly.”

“I have been coming here with my husband for almost 15 years and the food is always delicious. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. So inexpensive and great quality. I just had my husbands surprise party catered from here and they were phenomenal, espeically their catering manager Julia- who knew exactly what to order and how much to order. (I swear I have seen her since I started going there 15 years ago and she is always smiling, friendly, and so attentive. There was not one time I have gone to Vinny D's and I didn't see her smile and go out of her way for someone. She is a huge part of what makes Vinny D's Deli so great. If her boss is reading this, she deserves a raise!) Thank you so much Vinny D's for the great food!!!!!!”

“Still love this place. NO they do not deliver. But there is more than one location. Been a regular here for 15 yrs, I never can complain. The portions are huge and not doused in salt , sauce and oils like other places. NO MSG USED unless there is mushrooms (because they have MSG in them). They have vegetarian options, and they have a seperate Bar, Sushi bar AND the new hibachi area is perfect for 4 or more ppl.”

“A nice surprise and better than expected. We were looking for a place for a reasonable dinner while visiting friends who were vacationing in the Poconos. They had a book with restaurant listings and this place seemed reasonable and close by. We were seated promptly and our waitress was on top of everything. While we had a rather simple dinner - burgers and sandwiches - everything was well prepared and tasty. It's not the fanciest, but it was clean, the service was excellent, the food was good, and the prices were reasonable.”
