I personally loved it because I felt very welcome it is a very comforting atmosphere. It isn't very expensive because all their profits go to the Mt. Gilead ministry. overall I loved it.”

“What an adventure camp was! I have lost weight, feel stronger, and am more confident than I am have ever been before. I truly feel like I am in the best physical and mental shape of my life. I spent years trying every diet imaginable only to give up time after time, but camp put me in the environment I needed to succeed. The program was easy to follow and helped me gain knowledge to make confident choices when I got home. I was extremely apprehensive about going to sleep away camp at the age of 24 but it was hands down the best experience of my life. As soon as I arrived at camp the staff began to feel like my personal cheerleaders. Even though some moments at camp were overwhelming or hard they had my back and there was always someone their to take my hand and remind me I could do it. Even though my journey is far from over Camp Pocono Trails was exactly what I was looking for it not only gave me a jump start but supplied me with the tools I needed to be successful when I got home. I am so happy that now I live a life full of energy and activity. I missed being an athlete so much and camp gave that back to me. If you are looking for an environment that will give you all the support you need to be successful in the outside world the program is amazing for anyone form 8-25!”
