“I am not one to write many reviews unless I am extremely satisfied, and even then, I still don't bother writing them. This case is different as I was tremendously impressed with Mark and the customer service he provided. I was attempting to built my first PC build by myself and it ended up not going so well. I called Mark and asked him if he could help me and he was more than glad to. I brought my PC to his place and he asked me if I would like to learn and that he would teach me exactly how to do everything so I won't have to visit him again, but I had a family emergency and could not be there for the full built, but just watching him do his magic while I was there really impressed me. He makes you feel welcomed and like your family. I could tell right of the bat that this man cares about his customers and that he wants to provide the very best experience and customer service to them. I would gladly recommend Mark and his company, Intouch Pc Designs, to anyone that has any related computer issues. This man will take care of you and your technology to the very best of his ability.”
