He arrived promptly and was very transparent with pricing and procedure. Chris treated me with dignity and respect. He was empathetic and kind and even drove me to the nearest gas station/convenience store so that I didn't have to wait for my ride in the cold. He was able to fix my issue promply and get me back on the road the next day. Furthermore, he was very flexible with payment methods and pick up times.
