“First of all let me just say that I have recently been complaining that I miss good old fashion customer service. I miss friendly voices on the phone and happy employees. It seems very few and far between nowadays. WELL.....I just had the pleasure of ordering takeout from Papa Santos. Mind you it is a Sunday night at 9:45 pm and I have just called two other nearby restaurants who didn’t even answer their phone. I figured Papa Santo‘s was my last resort being that it is 15 minutes away and I know they close at 10. I decided to take a chance and call and was greeted very pleasantly by Tiffany. She explained that the kitchen just closed but that she would be happy to make pizza for me. I was totally cool with that and excited to place an order for my large pie. I then saw the soup on their menu so I figured I would ask about that as well and she told me I could get soup too and added in that I could actually get the majority of the salads on the menu along with any cold subs. I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited for soup and salad in my life. ???? I told her we were at Split Rock, which is a bit of a distance away and that I wouldn’t be able to get there till after 10 PM. She told me that was no big deal and she would still be happy to take my order and that she absolutely didn’t mind staying a bit late for me. I started to think that maybe I was dreaming and this could not be a reality. I’m used to getting doors slammed in my face minutes before an eating establishment even closes. I was just so amazed by how pleasant Tiffany was and this excellent customer service I was getting! (Tiffany if your reading this you made my night and please don’t ever change. I can tell u have the most beautiful spirit and kind heart even though we only talked on the phone for 5 minutes????......and that my dear is a rare quality that you should always treasure). My family will now be well fed and we can all go to sleep happy. As a little side note I am a RN who works two jobs and I’ve just come off of a 12 hour shift to drive a full hour to meet my family at Split Rock. While I’m looking forward to this getaway I am absolutely exhausted and starving and am just so grateful that Papa Santos came through for me! Not only with incredibly delicious food but also with down to earth service with a smile! Thank you Papa Santos and especially Tiffany for restoring my faith that good customer service still does exist.❤️”

The owner told me they were super busy, but I begged and he found a way to fit me in. He set everything up so quickly, the responsiveness of this company is amazing! Everyone told me the food was delicious, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I highly recommend giving them a call, but be more courteous than me and schedule in advance =)”

“Very courteous staff. The cottage was pretty nice with a fireplace and hot tub. The lighting affects were really cool in the bathroom area. Very comfortable bed. Nice private patio area that would be perfect in spring, summer, or fall. The place could use some minor upgrades and renovations to justify the cost. The resort fee should be optional. Instructions on hot tub functionality should also be made available to avoid malfunction or misuse.”
