Luis showed us the different models, was very friendly and patient, and very low pressure. We ended up ordering one because we wanted specific upgrades that weren't on the lot models. Luis walked us through the ordering process, and we placed the order with him. We really appreciated how Luis was straightforward and didn't play the "let me run that past my sales manager" game. We were also able to do things remotely which was a great help and let us avoid the drive to Jacksonville. Luis is also very responsive to questions and texts, that is very much appreciated. We just picked up the unit and we love it. Austin, our service tech did a great walk-through with us too, kudos to him also. And in the parts department, where we picked up a few items, we had the same experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
