Beautiful area. Great place for hiking and biking. Reminds me Forbidden Drive, in the Wissahickon Valley
What a wonderful place. Went to a 5 year old's birthday party there. Kevin the guide led a fun scavenger hunt. He had a fire going in the fire pit so s'mores happened. The kids loved being in nature. Highly recommend a visit
Penny Pack is a wonderful place to walk, bike, explore. Go with your friends or family for a peaceful walk through nature. The trail is long and beautiful.
Love this park the trails are super clean an open you can see the deer when they walk around. Which is great for the kids. Theirs a ton of animal activity between the birds, deer and whatever else you are lucky to encounter. The water is wonderful, constantly flowing and clean my dog loves swimming in it and I'm quite sure people love to also. So for a nice day hike(10+ miles) I definitely recommend this trail. And on the plus side the trout are stocked (check when they stock). The stream has some nice fishing holes so if you enjoy fishing your chances are pretty good here. Thank you for reading my post enjoy your day hikes take care Rob and trooper.
This is my favorite local park. The main trail is perfect for a short hike and the scenery is fantastic. Most of the time you're creekside in the woods, so even on really hot days it's a great spot to get outside. There's also a lot of interesting architecture.
