Ms. Sue, one of the store associates was extremely helpful in explaining the process, giving us different options to best suit our needs as a family, and telling us everything we needed to know about our billing. She took out the time and walked us step-by-step through the lease application. She answered all of our questions and was so very nice to us. We really felt like CubeSmart was a safe place to have storage. Sue also explained to us how hard they work to keep our items protected from theft and even acts of God. We also used the loaner truck they offer for new move ins. We saved almost $80 by using their truck instead of a uhaul.
