Always finding a value for clothing for the family. Prices didn't feel high last couple of times I went in. Foot traffic is a bit light so you may have to walk a bit to find a register. We do a lot of pickup in store orders. We have more than a couple of refunds due to sizing (hard to get a fit when purchasing online). Staff is always courteous and helpful. Never had an issue with a pickup or return.

The sales were terrific. The overall staff was helpful and friendly. The young lady in the women's department, named Sou was fabulous. She greeted us on the floor as we were shopping. She engaged in conversation about our needs. She worked hard at the register to get us the best deals. She made the experience wonderful.
Unfortunately, she had a woman on the register with her who was unpleasant and did not want to engage with " our kind."

Thankfully, she could not outshine Sou in North Wales, Pa . I will return again and again because of the great customer service!! Thank you Sou!
