She engaged in conversation about our needs. She worked hard at the register to get us the best deals. She made the experience wonderful. Unfortunately, she had a woman on the register with her who was unpleasant and did not want to engage with " our kind." Thankfully, she could not outshine Sou in North Wales, Pa . “I had to get my fiancé’s wedding band within a month. We went to this Kay and he was fitted and he picked out a beautiful black tungsten ring. It was shipped to our house extremely fast, less then a week. However, he felt it was too big so I returned it to the store and they ordered me a smaller size, guaranteeing me it would arrive prior to my wedding date (less then 3 weeks). I called a couple times checking on the status and Brooke would always follow up with me and she went out of her way to make sure the ring got in on time. They helped me out big time! Thank you!!”

Even after letting her know I was simply there to make the return she welcomed me in with the same pleasant attitude. While I was waiting in line another employee had taken me to a separate register in the corner to assist me, awesome attitude! Probably one of the best interactions with retail I’ve had so far.”

“I LOVE Norman's Hallmark Store in Montgomery Mall ! Sadly, so many are closed/closing, they are few and far between to get to anymore. Only one I can get to by bus. So whenever they leave, I'll be so very disappointed that I can't get to one again. They are my go to place to look at the Christmas ornaments. If course to get cards and look at all the cute items. The women that work there are always so friendly, helpful to me and so hardworking. Sometimes we get a chance to talk about what the store carries and what's coming up. Great store that you definitely should go to and check out all their merchandise.”

“I purchased a fine carpet runner from Tapis in the Mall. I worked with Maggio on the sale of the runner carpet I selected. He showed me a decent selection of oriental rugs, more than I expected for these times. All industries are recovering from the pandemic and some are having a difficult time getting their products back in the stores. It's been over a month since Giant food stores ran out of canola mayonnaise and every trip to get groceries, I'm told the same thing in every Giant in the area, "We have regular Hellmann's but they are behind in making the canola mayo." For over a month?!! But I digress. Maggio was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and happy to give me a needed education on oriental carpet and tapestry manufacturing and exporting. I am satisfied with the in-house work he did in custom handstitching the border of the carpet I selected, as well as with the value and price. I would definitely return to his store first, if or when I have a need for quality imported carpeting. It's a mystery to me why there are negative reviews against Tapis. I guess some people just like to complain. Is it too much to ask for low-calorie mayo? I suppose my life could be worse.”

“I visited S&B Sports Collectibles yesterday and it was an amazing experience. I haven't collected sports cards for almost a decade but just recently started to collect again.. Prices on the cards were much lower than I saw online. The owner Mike was very knowledgeable about the different sports card boxes and his inventory. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.”
