She engaged in conversation about our needs. She worked hard at the register to get us the best deals. She made the experience wonderful. Unfortunately, she had a woman on the register with her who was unpleasant and did not want to engage with " our kind." Thankfully, she could not outshine Sou in North Wales, Pa . Even after letting her know I was simply there to make the return she welcomed me in with the same pleasant attitude.
