I requested a quote in the morning and received an immediate response from Peter at the Philadelphia office. He went above and beyond to have a storage unit delivered before the end of the day. I received a call from the delivery driver who arrived on site at 1:30PM. He delivered the unit exactly where we needed it taking great care of our customers property. My schedule and routine is mostly early in the morning until late in the evening, so by the time I am able to access my space, it’s either not enough time for me to do anything before closing time or it’s already closed. Very inconvenient for me when it comes to access, but otherwise is a great place.”
