“I recently found out why this place has so many great reviews, I brought in a vintage bicycle seat to see if is was possible to replicate the original design. Its nearly impossible to find an original let alone a reproduction, my only hope was that someone with some skills and experience could make it. When I came back to pick it up I honestly didn't think it was gonna look as perfect as it did, its even better than the original. “I have been ordering furniture from E room service 360 for the past 8 years. This time around we were working with Steve and his wife Irina on our new project in Miami. As always, it has been an absolute pleasure. Irina has an amazing eye for design and details. All we had to do is send in the floor plan and long and behold we had the entire apartment designed to the smallest detail. They are professional, reliable, honest and extremely knowledgeable. The furniture, without a doubt, is most beautiful I have ever come across anywhere with choices for every taste and pallet. We are in the process of building a villa in the Caribbean, and even there, E room 360 will be able to help us with the project. They are amazing, there is nothing they can not do for you. The installers are extremely good at what they do. They put the furniture together quickly and neatly. The garbage always gets carried away and Steve’s guys always have high respect for the home they are working in. “My husband and I were looking for a new sofa, we shopped a few places and stumbled across Bob's. We went on a Sunday. Walked into a beautiful show room. A sales women approached right away. She greeted us, asked us if we needed help. We basically expressed we wanted to just look around. She allowed us that space to shop, sit, talk and really look for what we wanted. She was available if we needed her. Which we both appreciated. We went home and continued to talk about the piece we felt was right for us. The style, color, price, comfort was all prefect for pur family. We went back to Bob's on Monday. Kathleen approached greeting us, she explained a few things and read our body language and allowed us to go off on our own to check out our couch once more before purchasing it. They made my 16yr old daughter a bed from a picture I showed. They not only built a sturdy piece of furniture, but upholstered it impeccably. They also reupholstered a brand new ottoman I purchased with a higher quality fabric and added additional cushioning for comfort.
