I recently stopped in with his car to have something checked out and they recognized that it was my father"s car but that, uncharacteristically, he wasn't the one bringing it in. They knew he'd been ill, asked about him, and were genuinely upset to hear that he wasn't doing well. They checked out what turned out to be a very minor issue immediately and had me on my way, refusing to charge me because dad was such a long time customer.
