The courts looks so much better than years past. Most recently though my visit to the park was to bring the family to enjoy the free ice rink AND skates. “The Milford Knob is the northern terminus of the Cliff Trail near Milford, PA. The Knob affords a great view of the town of Milford and the surrounding area. Gray Towers can be spied with a little effort and the route 206 bridge into NJ is easily visible. The initial ascent up to the Cliff Trail from Raymondskill is daunting, but once up, the trail is relatively easy. Accessing the trail from Milford road is another option, one that avoids that initial climb.”

“Milford Beach is one of the cleanest beaches and places to visit. Has restrooms and a little snack bar. Has a very large parking lot and there is trails for a bike riding and walking and running. Milford beach is a place where you can launch your boat or canoe. There are many tables for picnics and family outings. The park and beach is open till sundown.”

“An easy 2+ mile walk takes you to Bruce Lake after passing an equally pretty Egypt Meadow Lake. The trail is wide, relatively smooth, and has only a mild grade. The shore has large flat rocks to sit or stand on and get great views of the lake.”

“We have stayed in the Promised Land Cabins a few times. Each time it has been a wonderful camping experience. Even when it rains you have a dry roofed in area outside most cabins. Each cabin has it’s own assigned bathroom with shower in a separate building. At least the ones along Bear Wallow rd. The wildlife is plentiful in this location. During my last visit my family saw bear, deer, chipmunks, Squirrels, and much more.”
