“I took my son for his first eye exam today at the Washington location. After being there I am shocked by some of the negative reviews saying that the staff was rude. My son was nervous and the nurse was so incredibly kind and reassuring with him. Dr. Pav was also wonderful. He was not rushed at all, asked my son all about his hobbies and interests and joked around with him the entire time which helped put him at ease. It was a great first experience and I would recommend this office to anyone!”

Called in at end of a day and asked if vehicle was still available and told them I'd come in tomorrow morning to look at it. Had to negotiate a little bit on my trade-ins but got the vehicle I wanted (features, miles, price, model). Appropriately priced vehicle compared to the market. Zero pressure to buy. I did find it odd the manager didn't meet/greet us, that's usually what happens in my experience. Definitely recommend Kenny (Ken) in sales. He did not feel like a salesman which was pretty nice for once. Would definitely buy here again, if they have what I'm looking for next time. Zero issues.”

I then received a phone call stating that they just had received a vehicle that was everything I was looking for. He stayed after his scheduled time to meet with us. Took the car off the showroom floor. Went with us on the test drive and pointed out important key features of the vehicle. The best part about this transaction was once we decided on this vehicle we were in and out within an hour.
