The instructors are excellent; they will personalize their instruction to the individual’s needs. Both of my teen-age kids have attended since they were in grade school and they are now at an advanced level in the adult class. In addition to learning to defend their selves, Discipline, Honor, Respect, Courtesy, and most importantly Self-control were emphasized while having fun at the same time. I feel that both of my kids are better young adults for having gone through the Full Circle program. The three of us have attended for the last several years. I value the time we have spent together learning to defend ourselves.”

“I came across Sweeties Cinnamon House baked goods as they were included in some of the CSA boxes we order weekly from the marketplace at Emerald. The cinnamon rolls were included in the Easter boxes and both my parents and my in laws RAVED about them. I ordered Betty's almond surprise cake with the raspberry filling for my husbands birthday on a whim as we're all stuck at home and it was a HUGE hit! Lasted in the fridge for days and tastes amazing even the next day. We're trying to get our hands on the Ho Ho cake as it's almost ALWAYS sold out :) HIGHLY Recommend!”

“Something really impressive about Trax Farms is the size and scope. You can tell how well they’ve self-managed since their establishment in 1865. The entire few buildings are surrounded by a mass of farmland. When we were checking out, the lady behind us said “These people have their hands in everything.” She was right. They have sections for craft beer, deli, produce, gardening, outdoor, and the building is large enough that they needed to build a loft to hold the antique store. Being a very reputable and well-established local business, the elephant in the room here is price. I was surprised by the price of everything and I hope you’re not. Because of price alone, we could never see ourselves going here regularly unless the chicken seasoning or cookies we got are the best we’ve ever tasted.”

“I am very happy with Nicolella and my new roof so far (Installed about 3 weeks ago now). They were neither the highest or lowest bid, but I felt they offered the best combination of final product, responsiveness, and overall value of the many companies I talked to before awarding them the work. I splurged for a GAF 25 year golden warranty (by the way they give a 10 year workmanship warranty as part of their normal work!) I originally hesitated to call Nicolella because of their lack of reviews here and more restricted office hours than most, but I would encourage others not to let the hours hold you back. The folks I dealt with were willing to go out of their way to accommodate my schedule even if the clock and listed hours said otherwise. I mostly worked with Nathan, but everybody I dealt with was respectful, informative, and they even showed some flexibility with me which I appreciated (i.e. some of the contractors I dealt with were only interested in using one or two specific brands of materials even when I specifically asked about something else that would suit my situation better). I was also pretty specific about certain questions and information I wanted or wanted added to the contract before I agreed to it, and they had no issues answering all of them, showing their insurance info, and even amending the contract accordingly. Once the contract was signed they made it out to my house within about 2 weeks. The job itself was performed by their subcontractors and supervised by their foreman, Matt. Now I know my roof is pretty simple and small (12 square), but I was impressed when they started at 7:00am and they were eating pizza after cleanup was complete by 1:00! They hung big tarps from my gutters to protect my house as well as landscaping which worked pretty well although some of the holes in said tarps did allow some old shingles through, leaving a few dings/scratches and black marks on the back of my house (I didn't complain to them about it, but am confident they would have taken care of it if I had). When my new roof was complete every person from the crew was on top of it cleaning up all the remaining debris as a team. When all was said and done there were a few small pieces of shingle or paper here and there, but I has taken a few weeks to find them... they did a great job! Looking back, I probably should have mowed my grass before they came to make it easier to pick up nails etc. but I haven't found a single nail in the lawn or otherwise (they ran a magnet over the yard and landscaping multiple times).”
