While servicing my Cadillac which we turned in as a used car, “Shake” found my money clip under the driver side seat, he immediately called to inform me—when I went to the Service Dept. to retrieve it my cash and credit cards were intact— I offered a tip but “Shake” refused and said “I’m just doing what I’m supposed to do!” Kudos and many thanks to “Shake” for his professionalism and honesty which are in very short supply in this day and age.
