“I wish I could rave about this practice but I can’t. This was my first visit. I went for a routine cleaning. I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before I was taken in. There was no one around because they were at lunch. So why was I scheduled at that time?? I was told that I had to have X-rays taken even though I did not want them at that time because I wanted to check with my insurance for eligibility. I asked if they could just clean my teeth. They refused without X-rays. I have never been forced to have X-rays before a cleaning. After the X-rays I had to wait 15 minutes for the dentist to come in to check my teeth. By this time I have been in the office for 50 minutes and still no cleaning. After the exam the dentist said I should have a deep cleaning. The hygienist then told me she could not clean my teeth until I had the deep cleaning and she could not do either of these procedures that day because my appointment was over. I asked to talk to the dentist and waited another 10 minutes before the office manager came in (not the dentist) and informed me that if they did a routine cleaning before the deep cleaning the hygienist could lose her license. I was with my prior dentist for over 30 years but had to look for another dentist because he no longer accepted my insurance. I had cleanings twice a year. They never refused to do a routine cleaning. Needless to say, I left the office after telling them I would not be back but not before I obtained my X-rays to show my next dentist. I never write reviews but I did this time because I have never been treated this badly by a dentist. My hope is that no one else goes to this dentist It’s an hour and a half that was wasted!!”

“I started seeing Dr Kratzenberg when my dentist did not accept my new insurance. Dr K also does not accept that insurance but he still took me in and said that he will bill the insurance company and see what happens. I was surprised when the insurance company accepted his billing and paid him directly. That is called customer orientation and service. I very much appreciated this. Beyond the usual cleaning etc. he also replaced one of my dental crowns. The procedure went smoothly. When the temporary crown was replaced, and the new one put in place, I could not have said anything other than it felt like an original; a perfect fit. Well, the office and the waiting area are pleasant.. The exam rooms are very clean and the equipment looks new and modern. The nursing staff is skilled and treat you well. Dr. K has provided me top notch care and now my wife is also using his services. I recommend him as your dentist without reservations.”

“What else can you expect from a Marriott property other than absolute beauty and perfection. Residence Inn implies or suggests a longer term stay than what a usual hotel booking would see, and wow are these places equipped for that! The in room refrigerator is a shorter version of the full-size you have in your kitchen at home, but I would venture to say three times larger than one of those "mini fridges" you had in your college dorm room. There are 2 stove top burners which are glass topped. There is a powerful microwave above the stove, a 2 basin sink along with a full size dishwasher. All of the appliances are brand new or new enough to make one think they are brand new. The office/dining/living room area features a high-top table and 2 tall chairs, a business area with large table top desk space, and a full size couch complete with end tables even. The bedroom is a separate room with a locking door. The bed is HEAVENLY, probably the best sleep I've had in over a decade....no_joke! The vanity is single sink where there is another door into the shower/tub and toilet area. I would absolutely recommend staying if you have the means and quality is Important. I WILL be coming back.”
