“Honestly, this was not one of my best experiences at Ruby Tuesday's. The food was super slow and my burger was overcooked. But guess what? The server immediately admitted my burger was wrong and apologized. He offered to make me another. When I said I didn't have time, he comped it. Then the manager came out, apologized, and offered us free desert (again, we declined). Look, I had a legitimate problem. But they went far and above with their attempts to resolve it. And as a result, I'm comfortable knowing that I'm going to be treated well there. And to me - that's worth 4 stars.”

“My husband and I were on the Harley riding around in PA. Found this place purely by accident too. The homemade ham and bean soup is outstanding. I have gluten issues so I had the tuna salad without bread with a side of apple, cranberry salad. It turned out to be a jello salad that could have easily been dessert!! It was fabulous!! We brought a pint home to surprise our grandson with the special treat!! They had ice cream, and it was included in the luncheon special. It was a hard decision because they had 3 of my favorites. I got maple nut and asked for maple syrup on top. She brought me a whole pitcher so I could add it myself because she did not want to put on too much. Very thoughtful. We will make it a point to stop there next time we are up this way.”
