“In March of 2022 I took delivery of a brand new 2022 Thor Magnitude BT36 super from Dylan's RV in Sewell NJ. Dylan's completely screwed up the lithium battery installation. I took my rig to CareFree one week after I took delivery for a PA state inspection, Cheyney Arters (lead technician) identified the root-cause of the problem. Dylan’s RV wired the two 12 volt lithium batteries in series when they should have been in parallel!!! From that day forward I never took my RV back to Dylan’s for service. Cheyney is the best RV service technician I have encountered. He is a consummate service professional with over 27 years of experience. Cheyney prides himself on quality of workmanship and providing great customer service, making sure all customers are taken care of so they can have a wonderful RV experience. From top to bottom, the team at CareFree are the best! Over the past 18 months I watched Steve (owner) grow his business from rentals and service to sales. CareFree is now an authorized Nexus RV dealer. Looking back I wanted to purchase a Nexus super C but read too many negative reviews from Nexus owners. “While cleaning our 2017 Puma camper after our last camping trip i found a soft spot in the floor by slide out. Also noticed the slide had dropped about 3in. We we devastated. My local RV dealer doesn’t do this type of work and recommended Happy Camp. Took camper up and dropped it off and several days later they called me with estimate and i gave them the green light for repairs. In a week my camper was repaired and looks great. Can not tell at all that they repaired the floor and it looks completely factory. Slide out is level again and working great. Highly recommend Happy Camp Enterprise. Excellent work, quick turnaround, friendly people and very reasonable.”

“This family run business has been more than helpful towards my husband and I throughout our truck buying experience. Not only did they give us an amazing deal on the truck to begin with, they also gave us a generous trade in value on our old vehicle. It was hard to pick from their great selection, but we ended up buying a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 with low mileage! I was extremely pleased with our purchase and did not feel pressured in any way by the salesperson. The truck was spotless and even had a rhino lined bed with a tonneau cover! The process of buying the vehicle was quick and easy with their experience and knowledge. Since this was my first time buying a vehicle on my own, and the fact that it was for my husband, made me a bit nervous. It was a relief to work with such great people! After having it for a month past the warranty they offered, we ran into an issue with the truck (which was completely out of their control and not by any means their fault) from normal wear and tear. Not only did they send the truck to one of their mechanics, they also honored our warranty even though we were slightly past it. I have never had better customer service from another company, and they truly care about their customers. “Within 15 minutes of arriving at Ghrist auto, John (co-owner) had showed me a group of beautiful classic cars he was in the midst of restoring. He had done some awesome work with a SS clone -- beautiful new Edelbrock components -- looked like it would absolutely hum. Anyhow, so we have a nice, warm reception. Proceeded to check out and test drive the car I wanted. Car was a 2003 Hyundai Elantra GT. Drove well, sounded good, looked almost new except for a ding in the windshield and a slight spacing on the driverside window insulation (caulking?). John more than compensated with a discount even though the car was already below KBB. So we talked a bit more and after getting to know John and his wife Diane I honestly felt like I could genuinely trust them. Proceeded to buy the car and was entertained while the paperwork process went by extremely fast. Also nice to see a small company working with another to provide you a free limited warranty with a used vehicle. They also had a few other nice ones sitting on the lot. All in all this experience was 100x better than the last bunch I have had while looking at cars.”
