When Susan moved out of the area, my first thought was, will Linda be able to fit me into her busy schedule? Luckily she did, and the instructor I admired from across the room is now my instructor. I trust her implicitly. I will do whatever she tells me to do. Her immense knowledge, training, and experience put her in a league of her own. She has helped me with my posture, my core, and virtually every part of my body. “Stopped into the store to get something for my sore leg muscle. A kind lady showed me where I needed to look and suggested that if I needed help to ask the pharmacist, so I did. The pharmacist, black hair and glasses(didn’t get her name) asked what meds I was on. I pulled out a list and she pointed to one and said that’s why I asked. Most of the muscle ointments have aspirin in them. Who knew!! She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! She got what I needed and I was on my way. 10 stars for her!”
