“Belt snapped on a cheap dryer that I did NOT buy from AK. Couldn't find a belt anywhere. I brought the snapped belt into the store. The people in the service dept cut open bags of new product until they found the closest fit. Dryer has been running strong for 3 years since. The cheap washer went next. I turned to AK based on that past experience. I rent so, I wasn't trying to break the bank. The salesman understood and pointed me to what I was looking for. He was honest, and upfront, he gave me the 5yr vs 20yr talk. I knew what I was getting into buying the cheaper 5yr option. Only a couple years in, but the washer is still going strong (knock on wood). They set up a delivery time and showed up right in the window of time they promised. Delivery guy was great, got it in and set up like it was something he'd done a million times. It all boils down to the customer service. The customer experience. You don't this kind of customer service from big chain stores. They have my future business for sure.”

“Only good things to say about Family Flooring! Chuck and Kelly were beyond helpful even for our small project! They dropped off and picked up multiple carpet samples from our home. I choose to stop by the showroom and Kelly helped me narrow my choices down even further. We came up with a beautiful porcelain tile option for our hearth as well. The installation was quick and easy. They arrived when they said they would (7am) and were finished on time or earlier then estimated (12p). They were polite and professional! It looks wonderful and feels amazing!! The carpet is, Just a Hunt II; Fog, by Shaw Floors. It’s very soft and so nice to step on. Spills clean up nicely, we have 2 toddlers and it’s held up wonderfully over the past months. They managed to squeeze our installation in just before everything shut down in March due to the pandemic. Having this room carpeted gave us so much life and space to move when we were stuck at home. Thank you Family Floors! We will recommend you to everyone and will use you again when we get the chance!”

They worked with me from the day of the accident until the day we received back the vehicle and all the moments in between. I was given the mechanics work cell number Just in case I have any problems down the road. Which I don't anticipate because they are good at what they do that is evident. Keith went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. I wanted to go above and beyond and write a good review so that everyone knows what good people they are and if you need help in a bad situation like this you can absolutely count on them. Aug 31 I want to update this I have had my car for over a month now and it couldn't be more perfect not a problem but that's not the reason for this update I lost a very expensive diamond earring before the accident. I was heart broken but I never told my husband it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have the heart I was cleaning out the back of my car and apparently someone from elite who cleaned my car after the accident found it and put it in the rear cup holder. I'm blown away. This is an expensive diamond. I'm so relieved. After 2020 has been such a horrible year now my faith in people has been restored by this small auto body shop. I'm just amazed someone there who never met me would have never been caught decided to be honest and leave me the earring to eventually find. Thank you. You made me cry in a good way.”

The seating is in good shape with 3 outdoor tables. They do have signage indicating that people should wear masks. First time I tried they're milkshake. Better than McDonald's and In&Out.”
