She is incredibly knowledgeable about the physiology of birth and has worked with me at every stage of pregnancy to help my body cope with the challenges of each trimester and the final challenge of labor. The exercises she gives are dynamic and responsive to your body's changing needs during pregnancy. I felt like I could bring any physical difficulty to her and she'd give me an exercise, stretch, or massage technique tailored to correcting that issue. I'm also super grateful for her help with pushing techniques, pelvic floor relaxation, and breathing practice as I near my due date. I can't recommend her enough and am looking forward to working with her in the postpartum stage!”
