Tom doesn’t apply a one size fits all approach. He takes the time to really “listen” which is one of the many things I’ve come to appreciate about working with Tom. He has a clear understanding of what my goals are, what roadblocks I’m having, what programs and techniques work best for my body and designs a program for each workout specifically for me. He will even alter my program if I’m having muscular or nerve pain due to preexisting conditions. Tom’s expertise and guidance in each of my training sessions has led to not only a considerable weight loss but I have more tone and definition overall. Tom knows just how far he can push me to get the best results. “Great experience from the beginning. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped me with my insurance and even worked me in short notice which was a wonderful surprise. My hygienist Amanda was incredible. Very warm, made me feel comfortable and educated me on the entire process from A-Z and explained my situation so thoroughly. I haven't had my work yet with the dentist but he was friendly and explained what needed to be done. Everyone really went above and beyond. Very patient and accommodating. I highly recommend this practice!”
