Scott and his team were prompt, professional and very reasonable priced. Installation was quick and they left no mess behind. Very pleased with these folks and will use them again for any future flooring needs.

Great place! They can do it all. Install, repair, clean. All types of floors including commercial settings and hotels. They also sell high quality rugs, and will pick up and deliver rugs being cleaned!

I had just had CSSI repair my kitchen floor and they did such an outstanding job that I had them come out the next week and clean my carpets! I was amazed how beautiful my carpets looked when they were finished! They looked like brand new carpets!! They did such an awesome job and were very thorough and quick. My family were so impressed that they are going to start using CSSI! Thanks Scott and team you guys are terrific!

First, we are still moving and completing renovation, so don't look at anything but the floors in the photo. lol. The flooring in the photo is a dark hardwood, which I am extremely pleased with. Not shown is the wood look laminate in the basement, with which I am also very happy, even though I had sworn I would never use laminate. CSSI worked with our odd subcontractors' schedules and walked me through the process, including "acclimating" the wood prior to installation. They were here when they said that they would be, and even came back, at no charge, to repair a squeaky spot that was due to the subflooring (which was not even CSSI's fault or responsibility). Overall, I am extremely pleased, and I highly recommend the company.

One side note, if you are having work done in your home AFTER the flooring is installed, do yourself a favor and tape down floor covering to prevent the dust from getting in the grooves of the wood, which was a beast to get out, but again, not the fault of CSSI :) Will be using them again, for sure!
