Timberlake Village Apartments

Nice and Quiet....
I like the community because it centrally located for the things I need. It's well kept mostly. The staff is good. Though it's a family friendly community you barely even hear or see the children. The geese keep up more noise than the children do... My neighbors are cool too.

I recently moved into Timberlake apartments. I could not be happier with my choice. The community is well maintained and taken care of. We moved from a different state and the leasing office and employees were as helpful as we could have wished for in finding the perfect place and making it feel like home! 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking!

since I came to visit it for the first time I knew it was the perfect place for me, totally renovated, modern and updated, everything totally new. I'm in the first building, and I love where I live. very attentive in the arrangements of the apartment. I recommend this apartment 100 times! very good location and close to everything!

I have only been a tenant here for over a month but so far so good. I love my apartment. The office employees are always nice and courteous to me. I have had no problems with maintenance coming out and taking of my requests in a timely fashion. It's a quite neighborhood which is really pleasant.

I moved into this community October 2019, there were issues with the apartment and the office staff quickly moved me into another unit. The office staff and maintenance have been efficient with any request concerning repairs (which have only been two) and any complaints. The ENTIRE office staff is absolutely amazing. I am always greeted with smiles and warmth. While we all have been affected by this pandemic, the office staff has been understanding, patience and the most helpful. I have enjoyed living in this community and have referred friends to be apart of our community. I would most definitely recommend living here
