Always very respectful, they ask questions, they did wrap everything and asked if we wanted certain items wrapped that we hadn't wrapped. It took a bit longer to load but it was to our benefit. They even fixed a piece of antique furniture that came loose! Use these guys, especially Paul and Bill...…..they play great music while loading! “We were beyond impressed with our experience with Apex moving. We had a heavy peloton tread that weighs around 500 pounds. It had to be lifted coming down the stairs and back up at our new home. They accomplished the task without any issues. The best part about our move was that we actually had fun while moving. They were very kind, personable, and fun! “I needed to return a Thermador fridge panel via a Return Authorization the company offered. FedEx Freight was one of their approved vendors, so I showed up, w’the fridge panel it’s original box, up hoping for direction on how to ship it. Scott S was amazingly helpful. He grabbed a forklift, weighted the item, helped me wrap the item onto a pallet, and helped complete the bill of lading. I was so out-of-my-element, but he made the whole process a piece of cake. He was a great representative for FedEx, and an shining example of how customer service can look. Two thumbs up ... thank you FedEx (and Scott)”
