“These is the best auto service. It's my community and I love taking my car here! My mother traveled from Ohio to visit me here and we had no idea what the noise was coming from her car. They took a look at it was going to replace the part. When he notice it wasn't the right problem. He called us and told us there was a towel stuck in her car where someone purposely put it in there to damage her car. Anyway, No charge other than the one for them to look at it. Of course my mom left a tip.”

“10 star place!!! This is the best Oriellys location in the entire city of Nashville and surrounding combined! Great customer service! The general manager is really helpful and always a big help! Josh at the paint department is an excellent man who does great at getting me what I want always and he is always in a good mood and respectful! Everyone else is in a good mood at all times although this place is in a significant part of Nashville where it’s always busy! But I have to say that the employees here are really doing such a wonderful job!”
