“I have been with Western Express based out of Nashville Tennessee for about 8 months. I started out as an OTR solo flatbed driver and recently moved to OTR flatbed trainer. All companies have bad reviews and despite the ones I read on Western I decided to gain my OTR experience through them. Im glad I did. Sure, I have issues out here OTR but they have always been resolved in a timely manner by the breakdown, fuel or logs department. I have the best DM in Nashville hands down. He, (Stroud) is 5 stars alone. Stroud keeps me running and honestly understands the issues I deal with on the road. The shop in Nashville run by Dale, another 5 star supervisor, always takes care of me and my truck. Now to the Question Im sure everyone want to know. Can you make good money with western express? Yes and no. Yes, if you know how to manage and utilizie your clock and run your miles. No, if your lazy and shut down after a few hours. The DMs will get you the miles its up to you to prove you can run them and make your delivery date on time. Your income is totally up to you. I am making way more than I expected as a first year driver. I thank Western express and my DM for that. I dont plan on leaving no time soon!!”

“I am very pleased overall with using Move US for my recent move. I was grateful that they made this move possible during the pandemic, and that everyone wore masks, practiced social distancing and took proper precautions. The workers that came to pack the truck worked extremely hard and very efficiently to get the job done. They took extra care to use moving blankets to securely wrap my furniture as well as a large glass table top. Everything arrived in good condition on the requested day of delivery. The moving crew worked very well together to unload the truck and place the furniture and boxes in the right rooms and locations that I designated. I would recommend that you have some cash on hand to provide a well-earned tip to the moving crew. Throughout this process, from getting a quote to working with the movers, everyone was very helpful and professional, and I can highly recommend them.”

“I have been with RTR since August 2015. I cannot say enough good things about the company. Let me start with saying that other than the 14 yrs I served in the U.S. Army, I have never held a job for too long, (I’ve never been fired from a job either) I have a cold feet problem and am always looking for a better opportunity to make better money. I have never had an issue with pay, mileage, home time, days off when needed, to include emergency off time. I recently purchased a truck 7 months ago and leased onto RTR, I have been on both sides of the fence with RTR as a company driver, and now as an owner operator. I continue to work for them and will continue to do so. I have not come across another company that offers what RTR does. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you can’t make some people happy. I know of the situations posted in the negative reviews and what was said in the review is completely wrong. It is unrealistic to think that a company like RTR with the highest retention rate I know of would do something like that. I know the owners very well and I can tell you that the “low life” comment earlier in the reviews is so far out of context that I have to question the persons intelligence who posted it. You can ask anyone in my family about my cold feet, jumping from job to job problem and they will all tell you that for me to be at this company for three years now is pretty amazing. Now I ask you, “Why would I continue to stay at this company if they were anything like the negative comments mentioned previously in the reviews?” Am I defensive of this company? Damn right..... they have been nothing but amazing to work for and if you are looking for a company that cares about the driver then look no farther.
