“I have been going to the chiropractor since I was 13 years old. I have been very fortunate in my care as of late. My family relocated and one of the things I was most nervous about was finding a good chiropractor. Dr Heather and Dr Jeremy and their entire office staff were phenomenal. I am so blessed and so excited to be joining their Chiropractic community. Not only do I get good quality care but I am able to bring my daughters (12) and (8) as well. They are great with the girls! This is definitely a family practice. I highly recommend this wonderful office in Spring Hill tennessee.”

“Kroger pharmacy at Port Royal has faced many challenges since the outbreak of Covid and remodeling of the store. I've felt really bad for them, seeing the long lines in the store, when the drive thru was closed and they were short staffed. They've always had a pleasant attitude. They went above and beyond when, due to supply chain issues, they weren't able to get one of my medications. They checked for me almost weekly to see if it was available. I'm always greeted with a smile even when the person before me had been very rude. Kudos to the pharmacy staff for great customer service through all of your many challenges! The only thing I don't like that has changed recently is that they no longer accept GoodRX coupons. I'm pretty sure that's a company wide decision; not just this location. I do wish they would start accepting GoodRx coupons again.”

“Coach Brian is absolutely amazing with beginners like myself and also makes our 13 year old daughter feel so comfortable and empowered that we recommend Krav 360 to everyone. She absolutely loves it too!!!! We love it and learn so much about self defense and respect of others. Coach Davina is also a phenomenal instructor that also makes everyone feel welcome. There is no ego in this gym at all with a true family focused environment. Coach Brian truly sets the stage for a truly enjoyable and learning experience for all ages. He is so patient with all us new folks and always takes the town to help us improve in a truly positive, inspiring way. If anyone has ever been afraid to learn martial arts because of egotistical instructors, let me say this place is not like that at all. “I took two of my children in for their yearly eye exams and a third for her first eye exam. I wasn't too impressed with the girl (Kayleigh) who checked us in because she was quite abrupt and kept hoovering over the tech that was doing the eye exams. However, the tech (Hana) was wonderful, kind, and very patient with all 3 kids. She explained exactly what she was doing which was a huge help. That little extra time explaining made a huge difference to the children. The doctor and everyone else were great and we were very pleased with our appointment.”

“Dr. McAfee and his team were great! I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a long time and he took time with me and helped explain different options. He was very kind and friendly. He also didn’t push me one way or another to buy glasses from them as he said I don’t necessarily need them right now. But I will be back to get some soon. I highly recommend them!”

“Josh and Amanda have been very pleasant to work with. They are both professional but at the same time, made my therapy as pleasant as it could possibly be. They have had me do various exercises to improve my range of motion, strength and stability a lot over my initial visit. My pain level has improved to a lesser extent but not for a lack of their trying. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy!”

“So I was just seen here, and I want to start by saying I saw Kelley and she was great for the two minutes I saw her. She knew I was in a hurry, didn't dilly-dally and got everything done. I definitely would recommend her and her nurse staff. I knocked a star off for the front desk, but really you want a rating for the medical professionals in the back and they were great for the two minutes I had with them. Read below for my complaints and praise. Medical Professionals: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front Desk: ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ Few Not So Good Things: 01: The address was wrong on google so I went to their old location. If a business recently moves, I would think that it would be important to tell someone when they are making the appointment that you have moved locations and provide the correct address so no one wastes their Tuesday lunch hour. 02: The front desk, I would give 3.5 stars. There is one lady that was really rude out of the three of them. There is no reason to write down the insurance information on the sheet of paper when I am literally giving you my card to scan. I do insurance every. single. day. This is my job, so believe me when I say there is no reason to have it in two places. When I tell you I am in a really big hurry, and don't fill that part out and hand you my card (that you have to scan in anyway), just work with me. please. 03: I was told when I called to reschedule (since I was at the old location) that they would see me quickly since I was on my lunch break and google had the wrong address. The front desk seemed very distracted with not work things while putting my new patient information in. Again, I was in a hurry. Better Things: 04: The nurse that took me back got straight to the point, understood my hurry, and went and got Kelly. I really REALLY appreciate her realizing that I wasn't just there for kicks and needed to get going. 05: Kelly was fast and amazing. Literally got done in two minutes once she was there. Literally, cannot thank you enough for rushing yet still getting everything done that you needed. 06: The other two front desk ladies were really nice and I do appreciate their attentiveness to me and asking me questions. I just want to make that clear that the majority of the staff was very nice and understanding. I would recommend this place overall!”

The receptionist was very welcoming. the Very nice lady who babied me was exceptional in all types of customer service. She made me very comfortable. Because of this and how I was made to feel like everything will be fine and that they genially care about me as a person not just a patient. I will go back there for my dentist needs.”
