“Matt and Lisa came to my house and replaced two windshields for me. Having two kids at home, it was so convenient having a professional meet me at home and take care of everything in my driveway. The new windshields look perfect and they went above and beyond by returning a week, just like they said they would, and replaced a broken a pillar molding at no charge! I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided, especially as a person who prefers to do everything myself. “This place has been a blessing for our family. My Aunt was there for rehab and she did fantastic and was able to go home after just a few weeks. Recently my Mother in Law was there after a bad case of Covid19. She was originally put in a place in Clarksville and it was a horrible experience for her and the family. We moved her to StoneRidge and she immediately got better. The staff are all fantastic. She had always had a fear of nursing homes but she told me if she can't be home that StoneRidge was the next best place. After just a few weeks, we are bringing her back home tomorrow. At almost 90 years old, she will be back to living independently and riding her cart around the neighborhood. Thank you to all the staff and management at StoneRidge! The facility is older but the staff are what gets your loved one back home.”

“Steve and his crew are great. I have used them for several paint and body jobs. Their work is high caliber, done right the first time and fairly priced. I just recently discovered that my company car needed to be buffed to remove a nasty industrial paint overspray that I picked up somewhere on the road. To make matters worse, I only had a week before that car had to be turned in. Steve saved the day working the job into his busy schedule and he got the car looking better than new. I recommend Plan B Autobody for anyone who wants a great job done right at a fair price.”

“Update: The Regional Manager, Nick, followed up with the issues that I originally reported. He clarified some of the stocking issues, apologized for any communication issues and promised to finish the job. He scheduled a day for him and the Milan location Manager, Todd, to come out. He arrived 30 minutes early with all of the missing pieces and he immediately went to work. Todd arrived shortly thereafter and helped finish the job. Overall, both Todd and Nick were personable, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I just wished I had originally received the same service that I received tonight. 31-W made everything right. I would recommend this company after experiencing the great customer service from their leadership team. Original Post: We chose the Milan, TN company based on a good recommendation from a family member. However, the company’s main rep, Mr. Ballard is not proactive in communicating. I took a day of leave to be prepared for a door install and had I not taken the initiative to check on the status, I would have never found out that their installer “called in.” I work Monday through Friday so I requested a Saturday install... “the installer will be there by 0900” and here I am at 0945 still waiting... I had high hopes of great customer service, but the lack of communication, the wrong parts being ordered and delay in the installation process has been very disappointing.”
