“My mom and I were traveling on the way to Nashville when her car says she needs oil. We stopped at a gas station and received no help, she couldn't get the cap off, it was extremely tight. So we crossed the road to Loves and this man, Thomas Webster helped us out! He not only got the cap off but went inside the gas station for a funnel and poured our oil for us. He made sure that when we started the car the oil light wasn't on anymore. Thank you Loves employee for going above and beyond, we are so grateful!!”
