“I swung by to pick up an item that showed in stock on their app. There were none stocked on the aisle but I did find the sticker where they should be. I spoke with an employee who told me there may be some in the back and he would go check. After returning he said it would take him about an hour to go through 2 full pallets to find them. I didn’t have time for that and just drove to springfield but would have been nice to have them stocked upon arrival, or app updated to show otherwise.”

“You get a 4 star cause I don't remember what me an my friend went in the store for. I'd never been in there. The employees were so nice an FRIENDLY. I just let my friend get whatever he was needing an looked around the place. They had the most beautiful Front Doors I've seen in a while. They were also displayed very well so you could actually open an close them. It was fun for me. Another great Building supplier that treats customers like they're your neighbor. I will go back to this store.”

“One of the best hardware stores I know. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and very willing to help you get your job done. Also, this store stocks incredibly high-end stuff and stands behind everything they sell. Stihl/Husqvarna power tools, YETI coolers and cups, top-shelf paints, hardware and fittings. Also, this is the absolute BEST place in the Hudson Valley to get chainsaw chains sharpened. I regularly clean up lots of trees on a lakefront property and this shop is always ready to sharpen as many chainsaw chains as I come in with and turn them around right away (usually within a few hours or so). GO HERE!”
