So we crossed the road to Loves and this man, Thomas Webster helped us out! He not only got the cap off but went inside the gas station for a funnel and poured our oil for us. Bill sold me the gun and was extremely knowledge as well as quick. Lastly Jeff runs the Gunsmith shop and is likely the best in TN. He is a gun historian who takes safety VERY serious. “I love this location. It's really convenient to my home and the clerk that's been there every time I go is so sweet. I have heard her on the phone on more than one occasion dealing very professionally with an upset customer. You couldn't pay me enough to work at the post office. People are just jerks. In my experience, you generally receive the customer service that your own attitude warrants. Just my two cents. :-) If you need more services or longer hours, there is a bigger PO down Main Street close to Target. For me, the smaller location is a totally fair trade-off for not getting stuck in Main Street traffic for 30 minutes. Tip: You can pay for postage and print yourself at the USPS website, then just drop off your package at the PO. The days of waiting in line to pay for postage are long gone, you can do most things yourself.”

“Update: The Regional Manager, Nick, followed up with the issues that I originally reported. He clarified some of the stocking issues, apologized for any communication issues and promised to finish the job. He scheduled a day for him and the Milan location Manager, Todd, to come out. He arrived 30 minutes early with all of the missing pieces and he immediately went to work. Todd arrived shortly thereafter and helped finish the job. Overall, both Todd and Nick were personable, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I just wished I had originally received the same service that I received tonight. 31-W made everything right. I would recommend this company after experiencing the great customer service from their leadership team. Original Post: We chose the Milan, TN company based on a good recommendation from a family member. However, the company’s main rep, Mr. Ballard is not proactive in communicating. I took a day of leave to be prepared for a door install and had I not taken the initiative to check on the status, I would have never found out that their installer “called in.” I work Monday through Friday so I requested a Saturday install... “the installer will be there by 0900” and here I am at 0945 still waiting... I had high hopes of great customer service, but the lack of communication, the wrong parts being ordered and delay in the installation process has been very disappointing.”
