“After a bad storm in August 2021 we had to file a claim through USAA. A few days later Jorge came for the inspection and answered any question I could think of! After the inspection was approved, we had another meeting with Jorge to iron out details. This company had recently undergone a total staff and crew replacement. Every step of the way Jorge made sure to keep us in the loop. When the incorrect chimney cover came I was called and immediately told the expected delivery day. Which wasn't bad at all, like 2 days. Michelle periodically checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Didn't catch the names of our crew. They were both friendly and did a wonderful job! Came home the 2nd day to find our dog escaped, however, they caught and kept an eye on her. The roof looks amazing!”

“I have never attended a service at this church, but the both my dad and stepmother were members. They are both buried in the church cemetary. Pastor Daniel spoke at both of their services. He is a very kind and genuinely nice person. My dad and stepmother spoke very highly of his passion for the word of Christ and the way he cares for his congregation. Having met him on 2 occasions now I can honestly say the man is a true servant of his faith.”

“Have put on an addition in my garage.( an apartment for my mother). Today, her toilet backed up. I needed a plumber ASAP. I like doing business from local small business owner, so I contacted Plumbing by Jack. Jack was in Nashville on a job, and told me he would be a couple of hours. He showed up within the 2 hours, and took care of the issue. Jack and his fellow worker was incredible. His price could of been considered an emergency call out due to the hour he arrived. I was charged a very fair price, Jack explained the reason for the back up and how to keep it from happening again. I will definitely use Jack again if needed a plumber. I really don’t understand his ratings and reviews. I can only guess some people can’t be satisfied regardless of the service. Thank You Jack for a job well done.”
