Their repair/rebuild quality was great, but what was so impressive was that when we returned a few days later with our “as is” purchase, they stepped up and fixed the inop camera we all missed on the inspection and test drive. “Brandon and Tim have been super helpful in the whole process. Made it seamless and flawless. Car was valued correctly and a good deal on cargurus. Good communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this dealership and these guys. Update: So the experience has somewhat soured. First 30 day temp tag expired so they sent me a 30 day extension. They explained there was a mess up and it was resolved and i should be getting the license in the near future. Fast forward to today March 15 and still no license plate and currently driving on an expired temp tag extension, which expired March 8. They are now refusing to answer my calls or return them for that matter. Will update review again when we come to a resolution. So everything has been resolved! Hooray. There was some miscommunication during the process, but after some information about what was happening was given to me I was relieved. Turns out there was a missed signature somewhere along the way and the title came shortly after. I’m now able to get the car registered and a license plate so no more temp tags. Hopefully I’ll learn to be more patient in the future when something like this arises.”
