“This place just opened in the last month, so we have to keep that in mind. The experience was awkward, though. That's really how we both described it. We stopped in on our way home from a ball game in Lascassas. We decided to try this instead of going to our normal Mexican joint in this part of town. They've done a great job transforming that building. It really is beautiful. But the place was pretty much empty. All the more confusing when we stood there and waited for someone to acknowledge us for a few minutes even though there were 2 servers, one on their phone and one on a computer, within eyeshot. What we think was a manager ended up coming to us, seating us, and really serving us the whole time. There are two whole pages devoted to drink options, but they have not gotten their liquor license yet, so he got a draft beer. No non-beer options, so I had water. We both agreed the salsa was pretty amazing. The right amount of spicy and enough chunk for me without being too chunky for him. So a good start. I ordered enchiladas Yolanda and he ordered the flautas mexicanas. Neither of us order these dishes everywhere, so our expectations might have been off, but both dishes were just okay. A little bland, but okay. Not poorly executed by any means, though my guacamole tasted ... Off. Again not bad, but strange. I brought home some rice and an enchilada and a half, so the portions are reasonable. We were confused by the flautas, though, which were actually taquitos. The menu says flautas, but the description says you get two chicken and two beef taquitos. For some reason, we both read that as you getting 2 chicken flautas and then also 2 beef taquitos. A long trip down the Google rabbit hole told us they are two separate things but named differently depending on the restaurant. Okay, so that's cool but.... Both names are on that menu, which is weird (we think... Again that Google rabbit hole). So all in all, we'll have it give them another shot when they get a liquor license and some practice, but it was just a strange experience.”

“Brandon and Tim have been super helpful in the whole process. Made it seamless and flawless. Car was valued correctly and a good deal on cargurus. Good communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this dealership and these guys. Update: So the experience has somewhat soured. First 30 day temp tag expired so they sent me a 30 day extension. They explained there was a mess up and it was resolved and i should be getting the license in the near future. Fast forward to today March 15 and still no license plate and currently driving on an expired temp tag extension, which expired March 8. They are now refusing to answer my calls or return them for that matter. Will update review again when we come to a resolution. So everything has been resolved! Hooray. There was some miscommunication during the process, but after some information about what was happening was given to me I was relieved. Turns out there was a missed signature somewhere along the way and the title came shortly after. I’m now able to get the car registered and a license plate so no more temp tags. Hopefully I’ll learn to be more patient in the future when something like this arises.”

“I've learned what a staple to this community Just a Dollar, and it's owner really are. Locals tell me of the trinkets he (Mr. A) would sell for a dollar many years ago. The demand and requests for common essential and not-so-essential items called for Mr. A to change philosophy and serve the requests of the community. He's kept the name Just-A-Dollar, but delivered what we desired. I've witnessed his determination to keep product on hand at the lowest cost. Brands don't seem as important cost and I am one to appreciate the savings.”

“I dealt with Clark’s several years ago and had a great experience. So after my daughter’s car was sideswiped, I asked the insurance company if we could use Clark’s again. Thankfully they agreed. Clark’s fixed the car like nothing ever happened. However, when we got the car home, we noticed a crack in the windshield that nobody had noted before. So there was some concern as to who was responsible. I was worried I would have to pay out of pocket. And because the windshield has rain sensors built in, it would be an expensive fix. Thankfully Dave Clark agreed he would fix the windshield on his dime. We brought the car back in and that evening, it was done. I can’t say enough good things about Clark’s. David and his team do superb work and are as honest as the day is long. It’s scary to take your car to a mechanic or body shop because of all the horror stories of people getting ripped off. I can tell you with 100% certainty, that will not happen to you at Clark’s. Thank you David!”
