He explained how tire shine machine was down and only works sporadically while waiting to be repaired. I told him owner needs to let customers know before they pay (put up sign or verbally).After I told him I would just go pick up some and do myself, he ended up going getting tire shine while I was still drying my car, came back, shined my tires and gave me my Wow!...thanks, Ethan for keeping your cool and making it right!”
