When I went to check out my daughter got a nosebleed and they were quick to assist with paper towels to help control the situation. “By far the most relaxing mall to shop at in the city of Memphis, never had a bad experience of any kind at this mall, if you're used to Wolfchase, Carriage Crossing offers a very wide selection of retail stores with a much more high end vibe, that you would not be able to achieve in Cordova. Highly suggest that anyone interested would give it a try.”

“I came into American Eagle today to get a couple of pairs of jeans and it was the best shopping experience of my life! I’ve recently put on a little weight and I haven’t been feeling the best about myself lately, which is why I felt the need to go into the actual store rather than shopping online, in case I’m no longer the pants size I was. May and Nyla were so extremely nice, complimentary, and helpful the entire time I was there! They picked out pants for me, helped me order a pair of pants that the store didn’t have in my size, and were overall just so pleasant to be around. They made me feel so much better and gave me a real self esteem boost and I am so grateful for that. I hope that someone from corporate reads this and commends them on being fantastic employees and people!”
