Third time buying a vehicle from West Herr-first time Acura purchase. Everything went very smoothly and without unnecessary pressure. Kevin Wisniewski was great to work with and I highly recommend him. Matt was also very pleasant to work with. I believe I got a fair deal and didn’t get caught in the usual back-and-forth vortex of most dealerships. A+ rating from me.
Knowledgeable friendly staff who doesn't mind answering every question and giving you the best deal they can. Our rep. Dave was excellent at handling all the details for us. They weren't pushy or impatient and I took my time. I believe I interacted with someone from every department... from sales and warranties to management and service. West Herr Acura is very fortunate to have a team of highly intelligent customer service oriented hard workers like these people. You don't see that very often these days. As a customer, I'm certainly no pushover. The staff here did a great job! 👍 👍

Jason did an amazing job! He helped me in every way possible to get everything taken care of quickly. I was very satisfied and I loved that he didn’t pressure me into getting extra services like other dealerships. The loaner car he put me in was beautiful, I will be purchasing my new Acura RDX hopefully very soon!
Extremely happy to have worked with Jeff L. for the purchase of our MDX. The customer service for the entire process was excellent. We loved the no pressure approach from the sales and financing team. We had our previous vehicle serviced here as well and had great experiences with the service department. All the employees really like working at West Herr and their happiness shows by how well they take care of their customers. Kudos to West Herr for that, it’s a shame more companies don’t use the same approach.
